Question- When and how will entries be taken?
Entries open July 15th, 2009 and will close September 31st. These entries will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. We will be entering 16 per gender per level, but will accept 20 per division to allow for draw outs. Yes we will take waiting list entries after we are filled.
What is the Draw-Out Policy?
You may draw out prior to October 1st with no penalty. If you draw out between October 1st and November 1st the draw out fee will be $250. There will be no refunds after November 1st unless there are waiting list shooters available, or unless the shooter drawing out can find a replacement.
